Cepheid’s GeneXpert^® System eliminates non-essential steps associated with pre- and post-analytical data management by providing flexible LIS interface (supporting both HL7 and ASTM) for hospital laboratory and point-of-care (POC) settings.

By interfacing a GeneXpert System with the LIS, middleware, or point-of-care data manager you can:

• Automate data transfer to ensure data quality
• Choose from LIS configuration options to enable workflow flexibility
• Improve resource efficiency with streamlined data management

GeneXpert Systems can interface with multiple LIS, middleware, EMR and POC data managers from vendors such as SunQuest, Data Innovations, Abbott,Telcor, Radiometer, RelayMed
